Case studies show patent litigation in the national courts and the UPC. The firm acted for Accord and Zentiva in their respective patent litigation proceedings. IP star Emmanuel Gougé left the firm to join the UPC as a judge in 2024, while Jules Fabre, Marina Jonon, and Louise Millot left for a rival firm in 2025.
