Patent

The patent practice expanded in January 2020 after its merger with Hegner & Partners, an IP firm founded by the experienced European patent attorney Anette Hegner. Patent case studies show the firm dealt with patent office proceedings for companies such as Bayer and Nestlé. Camilla Kiørboe, Thomas Nygaard and Andreas Lauge Christensen have left the firm. Patent oppositions and appeals specialist Kim Wagner left the firm in 2023. Claus Elmeros was appointed as a technical judge at the UPC.
