Yen Vu is an executive and country manager of the firm’s business in Vietnam. Patent

The firm advised a leading Japanese multinational electronics company on patent infringement and successfully assisted the client to correct two patents before the Vietnam Intellectual Property Office. 

Trade mark

The firm's case studies include assisting a US financial services company to register key trade marks in Vietnam and acting for a Swedish watch brand in its appeal to overturn the refusal of a trade mark application. Principal Nguyen Hai Anh left firm in 2020, but the firm strengthened in 2021 by hiring four associates. Managing IP reported that a UK private equity firm bought a 35% stake in Rouse in July 2022. The firm later acquired European IP firm Valea in December 2022.
