Managing IP award 2022 reasons

UK (England) IPEC Firm of the Year

This is a new special award for firms that regularly use the IPEC to resolve disputes. The firm was involved in notable IPEC disputes, including a design case which provided guidance on calculating an account of profits and a patent infringement action in which it successfully defended Mzuri. The firm also defended Salts Healthcare in an infringement action in the Patents Court, demonstrating that it can also handle disputes in that court.
