The firm’s areas of practice, in particular, include drafting, filing, and prosecuting all kinds of IP applications and validating European Patents as well as conducting opposition, invalidation, and cancellation proceedings. Besides the above, the firm is also involved in litigation and unfair competition actions before the competent authorities.
