The practice represented Pfizer against Moderna in two infringement actions before the District Court of The Hague and EPO. It also acted for Abbott before the UPC, with PI proceedings before the Local Division of The Hague.  

The soft team assisted Van Haren in litigation before the Benelux Court of Justice in a landmark case on slavish imitation. Filing and clearance work were finalised for the retail and online marketplace sectors.  

Assorted highlights included technology transfer, R&D and PaaS licensing for DataPrime Holding B.V.
