Simion & Partners was established in 2024 by Cosmina Maria Simion after she left the IP boutique Simion & Baciu. Simion & Partners later entered into an alliance with WH Partners to form WH Simion & Partners. Simion, who serves as managing partner, is supported by partners such as Alina Tace and associates like Petrus Partene.  They advise on IP, TMT, and regulatory matters.
