NSN Law Firm does not only provide legal services limited to trademark law but is actively counselling in all areas of IP as well as other IP related law matters. The Firm’s IP Department consists of four practice groups namely; “Copyright Practice Group”; “Trademark & Design Practice Group”; “Advertising Practice Group” and “Patent & Life Sciences Practice” group. The Firm also experienced in regulatory matters and practice of trademark law in regulated industries such as pharma, food, beverage, telecommunication, media, tobacco and alcohol sectors. The Firm’s regulatory experience helps us to evaluate the issues from the holistic perspective. 

In NSN Law Firm, the team comprises of fully competent IP lawyers also holding trademark attorney licenses. Both prosecution and litigation processes are managed by the Firm’s lawyer team. Besides, we regularly track the last court decisions and amendments in the IP regulation, thereby we proactively guide our clients regarding the new developments in the system and give feedback if the strategy of portfolio management needs changes.
