She has wide experience in protection, registration and disputes concerning intangible assets in a wide variety of sectors. She provides advice on intellectual property, unfair competition law, advertising, trade secrets, image rights and infringement of intangibles in an effective and efficient way. She is experienced in the negotiation and drafting of agreements related to intellectual property.
