Ali Bozoğlu is a registered attorney at law with the Istanbul Bar Association. He joined Kenaroğlu Avukatlık Bürosu as partner in 2021 to lead the firm’s enforcement department after working in a managerial position in the brand protection department of a reputable IP firm for 12 years.
Mr Bozoğlu’s expertise in the field covers enforcement and litigation matters, including representing clients in market investigations, criminal cases before the IP courts of first instance and courts of appeal; handling and managing customs proceedings and trainings; and conducting criminal raids and seizures within the scope of determination and cessation of IP rights violations.
Mr Bozoğlu’s represents foreign and domestic clients in various industries, including fashion, automotive, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, food and media, in every aspect of trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition issues from administrative to judicial phases.
He is known countrywide for his extensive knowledge of, and accomplishments relating to, tackling counterfeit production and sale.
He has been recognised as a Rising Star in IP Law in 2021 by Managing IP.
