Gökçe Dağdaş is a registered attorney at law before Istanbul Bar Association and trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
Ms. Dağdaş has been working with foreign and domestic clients in various industries including fashion, automotive, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, food and media on every aspect of trademark, design, domain names, copyright and unfair competition issues from administrative to judicial phases.
Her practice focuses on enforcement and litigation matters including representing the clients in civil and criminal cases before the IP courts of First Instance and Courts of Appeal, handling customs proceedings and conducting criminal raids and seizures within the scope of determination and cessation of IP rights violations.
She also takes active role in handling settlement negotiations in infringement, invalidation and cancellation actions related to trademark, design, domain names, copyright violations and unfair competition, as well as preparation and negotiation of contracts in the aforementioned areas.
She has been recognised as a Rising Star in IP Law in 2021 by Managing IP and Rising Star in IP Law in 2022 by Legal 500.
