Amy is a life sciences patent litigator with extensive experience of working on numerous high-profile patent cases concerning some of the highest revenue drugs on the market. Her experience includes the full spectrum of innovator vs innovator, innovator vs generic, innovator vs biosimilar and biosimilar vs biosimilar disputes in relation to a range of compound, medical use, dosing regimen, process and formulation patents before the UK courts, as well as coordinating multi-jurisdictional litigation in Europe and the US and supporting EPO opposition proceedings. In 2024 she worked on the first gene therapy patent case to go to trial in the UK, successfully upholding the patent.
