Annemarie is a Senior Associate at BomhardIP. She handles all kinds of proceedings before the EUIPO and assists clients comprehensively in the field of EU trade mark and design law.
During her studies of law and European law at the Universities of Würzburg and Barcelona, Annemarie already specialised in IP law, including a scholarly thesis on trade mark licensing. This focus of interest continued during her legal clerkship with stages at the IP practice group of an international law firm in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf, and at BomhardIP. After her admission to the bar in Frankfurt (Main), Annemarie joined BomhardIP as an associate in October 2020.
Annemarie is a member at ECTA and INTA, and an active member of the 2024-2025 INTA’s Trade Mark Office Practices Committee (Madrid System Subcommittee).
Before her studies, Annemarie already spent one year in Madrid, forging an early bond with her new country of residence. In addition to German, she speaks fluent English and Spanish.
