Ben Mooneapillay

With almost 30 years in the profession, Ben provides comprehensive advice in contentious and non-contentious matters. His work includes trade mark clearance, filing, prosecution, opposition, revocation, invalidation and maintenance, as well as advising on infringement, passing off, enforcement strategy and dispute resolution, including mediation.

Ben represents clients before the UK Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization in both ex parte and inter partes proceedings. His clients include household names in luxury goods, film, fashion, food, gaming and sporting equipment, as well as SMEs across the pharmaceutical, retail, automotive, drinks, arts, charity and trade association sectors.
