Camilla is Trademark Manager at Bergenstråhle & Partners. In this role she is responsible for the firm's Trademark Practice, with focus on business development, client relations and internal workflow. She is a European Trademark and Design Attorney and Swedish Authorized Intellectual Property Attorney.
Camilla has been working in the field of intellectual property since 1995. Throughout her career, she has represented a wide range of clients, from start-ups to multinational companies, in diverse industry sectors, providing legal advice on trademarks and related issues.
Camilla has considerable experience as legal counsel in matters related to intellectual property rights and marketing, with focus on trademarks. She has extensive experience in establishment and enforcement of trademark strategies in Sweden, Europe and globally, including naming projects, trademark clearance, application strategies, trademark prosecution and portfolio optimization. Camilla has handled a great number of negotiations and agreements regarding co-existence, assignments and licensing, as well as oppositions, cancellations, and other actions with respect to infringement.
