Emmanuel Schneider

Emmanuel is a European patent attorney at Plasseraud IP. He specialises in patents in the fields of mechanical engineering. He is also experienced in patent information (e.g., searches for prior art for invalidation or freedom to operate) and has succeeded in many oppositions cases filed against European patents.

Emmanuel has gained experience as a patent examiner with the European Patent Office and as a European patent attorney in a Luxembourgish firm prior to joining Plasseraud IP in 2023.
