George's practice includes: advising in relation to intellectual property licensing and due diligence, procurement in the energy sector (in particular in relation to the smart meter roll out), sponsorship and endorsement contracts, distribution, commercial agency (including in relation to the Commercial Agents Regulations) and logistics contracts and purchase and supply contracts; advising on the outsourcing of back-office services; advising on advertising and copy clearance matters; general intellectual property advice; and intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions and investments).
