Hatice Ekici Taga is an expert on intellectual property law, with more than 10 years of experience. She is a qualified lawyer in Turkey and a registered Patent and Trademark Attorney with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
She advises multinational and Turkish companies in all areas of intellectual property with a specific focus on trademarks and patents as well as patentability of inventions and transfer of IP assets in large M&A transactions. She also represents multinational clients in Turkey before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office; advises clients in management, recorded and protection of their IP assets. In addition, she handles large franchising transactions in Turkey representing multinational companies that are lead in their sectors.
