Notable is her long standing expertise in patent contentious and non-contentious matters related to innovative pharmaceutical products and her professional involvement in enforcement proceedings, as well as her contribution to the development of the case-law in the this field of intellectual property.

Julieta regularly advises IP rights’ owners on various trademark protection matters before civil courts, the police, acting also before the customs authorities in clearance proceedings to ensure the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Julieta’s expertise covers also copyrights, media, advertising and consumer protection, and the supervising of market monitoring activities, as part of anti-counterfeiting strategies.
