Paul’s approach to IP challenges is versatile, he is an acknowledged strategist in litigation and negotiation.
A certified patent, trademark, designs and semiconductor products attorney, Paul’s IP expertise covers all aspects relating to prosecution and portfolio strategy. He has also been involved in some of the most notable IP litigations heard in Romanian courts.
Paul has advised on and acted in complex matters for clients in a range of fields, including media and broadcasting, pharmaceuticals, IT and telecommunications, FMCG, banking and finance, automotive, retail, publishing, rail, textiles, chemicals, and NGOs.
Member of the Bucharest Bar Association, Paul has authored and contributed to numerous published works in the IP field, has taught Intellectual Property Law and Principles of Taxation at the Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest since 2005 and has served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Romanian Journal of Intellectual Property Law since 2004.
