Karen Gallagher

Karen has represented clients in intellectual property disputes before all levels of the Irish Courts concerning trade marks, patents, copyright and database rights. She has acted in commercial litigation cases in a range of areas such as breach of contract, competition law, and State aid. Karen has also successfully represented regulators in the prosecution of regulatory offences, as well as acting for private companies in court challenges to regulators' decisions.
