Michael specialises in the life sciences and TMT sectors. His practice focuses on complex domestic and international commercial disputes, contentious intellectual property matters, product liability, regulatory disputes and prosecutions, and administrative law challenges. Michael has acted in some of the leading commercial disputes in Ireland and has extensive experience advising on Irish Commercial Court litigation, and ADR. He advises on a wide range of litigation matters involving patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, trade secrets and confidential information, often involving additional issues such as intermediary liability, data protection, competition and consumer law claims. He also advises clients in relation to the regulation of medicinal products and medical devices in Ireland, and has built up a strong expertise in navigating clients through interactions with regulators and payors.
