Rakefet has comprehensive expertise with proceedings in all courts of law and is well versed in appearing before the Israeli Patent Office. She also serves as a mediator in matters of intellectual property rights, libel suits, and privacy protection.
Rakefet often lectures at various academic and professional forums, among others, about civil proceedings and copyright. She initiated an intellectual property course at continuing legal education programs of the Israeli Bar Association.
