Rohan has been engaged in assisting and handling various enforcement actions including Software raids, counterfeiting raids, piracy identification and assessment actions for major software companies. Rohan has been involved in suits on behalf of several big budget clients advising them on complex issues related to Intellectual Property law, Licensing Agreements, Alternate Dispute Resolutions etc.
