In addition to her IP specialization, Sorina is recognized as a preeminent litigation and arbitration practitioner, with over 26 years of experience in representing clients in high-stakes cases before domestic (High Court of Cassation and Justice, Constitutional Court of Romania) and international courts (European Court of Human Rights, Court of Justice of the European Union) and various arbitral institutions (London Court of International Arbitration, International Chamber of Commerce, Vienna International Arbitral Centre, Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration, Court of International Commercial Arbitration).
