Temilola is an exceptional team player who enjoys providing ingenious solutions to problems. She practices in the areas of copyright, trademarks, patents and designs oppositions, infringement and passing-off actions, copyright and trademark litigation and regulatory compliance. Currently, she is advising a leading international beauty and fashion company with respect to the maintenance and protection of its trademarks in Nigeria.
She is passionate about Media and Entertainment law and contributed substantially to the distribution of the first Nigerian original film on Amazon. She has written many articles and frequently facilitates courses and presentations on trending subjects in IP and Media & Entertainment. Recently, she contributed to the publication of the 2023 edition of the Nigeria chapter on Copyright for ICLG.
Temilola was until recently, the Treasurer of the Intellectual Property Lawyers Association of Nigeria (IPLAN) and a member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Collaboration, Nigeria.
