Andreea has over 15 years of experience in the intellectual property field, assisting both Romanian and foreign companies with the administration, prosecution and contentious matters in respect of their trademarks, designs, domain names portfolios, as well as copyright and related rights.
Her professional experience focuses on intellectual property rights administration, prosecution and contentious matters, in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, tobacco, FMCG, automotive, fashion, media and telecommunications. Over the years, she advised clients in complex projects, including domain name and copyright dispute resolution, unfair competition litigation, worldwide re-branding simultaneously performed in over 60 jurisdictions, applications for action before the Romanian National Customs Authority, as well as IP due diligence and IP tranzactional projects.
Andreea has coordinated over the years large volume IP projects where she has been the designated client liaison, responsible for the direct connection with the client, enabling efficient communication with direct attention to their needs.
