David Woods

David specialises in contentious IT and Intellectual Property matters. David has a broad range of experience over approximately 20 years advising on all forms on IP as well as on brand protection strategies. He also has considerable experience of advising on the strategies to be implemented in resolving disputes arising out of distressed IT and outsourcing projects. David has acted for many major retail, technology, University, energy and financial services organisations. He is dual qualified and has significant experience of large scale litigation both in Scotland and in England and Wales and of advising on alternative forms of dispute resolution.
